Parish Missions/Revivals
What is a Parish Mission - A Parish Mission is a parish awakening; a time for the entire parish to come together for reflection upon the Word of God, to renew their faith, and to pray with open hearts and hands.
What is a Parish Revival - A Revival is also an awakening of a Parish. A revival (similar to a Mission) consists of much Praise, Worship, Preaching, Teaching and Celebration. Parish Revivals have deep roots within the Catholic Church and is an outstanding way to Celebrate Who We are and Whose We are; done is a very Inspiring and Charismatic format.

Parish Mission/Revival Format - Qorban Ministries strongly suggests a 4 day Mission format, with the Mission beginning on Monday and ending on Thursday evening. Evangelist Richard Lane will preach (reflections) each Mass on Saturday and Sunday, to encourage people to attend each night and give them a little taste of what is to come. (We are able to do 3, 4 or 5 day Mission formats)
* Special Note - It should be noted that although it is encouraged to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation in the Revival format, it is not officially incorporated into the program of events for each evening, but can be added 30 minutes prior to the start. (Priests are needed and required for this Sacrament)
- Preaching all weekend Masses, inviting others to attend and bring more participants
- Four days, each evening lasting approximately 60- 90 minutes, with Music, Scripture readings, Preaching, followed by Blessing/Benediction (given by Priest or Deacon) Hospitality is encouraged after each evenings events or prior to the start
- Optional use of daytime as well as evening format can be used for Parishes who have those that only enjoy coming out in the day
- The use of a Worship aid is needed for attendee's to follow along, as well as take notes
- Attendee's are encouraged to always bring their Bible's to each evening's event
